The villas at Westminster Village offer independent living in your own quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of our community’s amenities, services and social opportunities. You’ll have a choice of villa floor plans with features like fully-equipped kitchens, a master suite, roomy walk-in closets, a two-car garage and a porch or veranda.
Your monthly fee includes basic cable television, all utilities and telephone hookup. Best of all, biweekly housekeeping as well as included maintenance and yard care make living totally maintenance-free. For an additional fee, you also may choose a flexible dining plan to use in our restaurant-style dining room and club room whenever and however you wish.

Often the biggest objection to making a move is the overwhelming thought of the physical move. To overcome that hurdle, Westminster Village is offering a gift certificate for moving service through our moving partners, Caring Transition of the Wabash Valley. John Morris and his team provide excellent moving and auction services with patience and care, valued at $250 for professional, experienced movers. They will meet the buyer at their house where they will assist in making decisions on what best fits in their new home. This web-based tool allows us to sit down with potential residents and, by inserting their asset and income information, Decision Genie™ provides a hypothetical financial projection that allows you to see the potential financial impact of moving to a retirement community and to compare various scenarios.
